Observation: Adrai Deli is preparing, cooking, hot-holding, serving, cooling and freezing daily lunch specials, including foods like lasagna, meatballs, stews, schnitzel, etc. These are high risk items. There is currently no food safety plan, and thus no temperature checks taking place.
