302Critical Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)]
Observation: QUATs solution present in the pails throughout the facility tested be at 100 ppm. The levels need to be between 200 - 400ppm. Improper disinfecting concentration can lead to inadequate disinfection of food contact surfaces.
Corrective Action: Quats solution concentration should be maintained between 200 - 400 ppm. Replace sanitizer buckets.
305 Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)]
Observation: Some sugar had spilled underneath the shelving units in the dry storage area. This can attract pests into the facility
Corrective Action: Thoroughly clean underneath the shelving units
