| 302 | Critical Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION) QUATs sanitizer in one of the sanitizer bottles was measured at 50ppm. QUATs sanitizer must be at at least 200ppm to properly sanitize food contact surfaces. Corrective Action: The operator replaced all sanitizer solutions and they were recorded at 200ppm.  |
