Wallmounted dispenser was broken and temporary dispenser unit was empty. Other handsinks in facility were fully stocked. Corrective Action: Ensure all handsinks have immediate access to paper towel, hot/cold running water and liquid handsoap at all times. Please ensure dispensers are checked and refilled regularly.  |
