Observation: Wiping cloths kept on counters. Public Health significance: cloths used and kept on counters can harbour and grow bacteria where subsequent use may contaminate the surface rather than clean it.
Corrective Action: Cloths should be kept in sanitizing solution between use to ensure they are in sanitary condition for subsequent uses.
