311 | Premises not maintained as per approved plans [s. 6(1)(b)] Observation: A box of light tubes were stored at the top of a shelf in the back area. The same shelf was used to store containers and other materials that might come into contact with food. Corrective Action: Light tubes and other equipment that may cause a potential cross contamination to other equipment or materials must be stored separately. Remove the box of light tubes from the top of the shelf and store it away at a designated location away from food or equipment that may come into contact with food and high traffic area. |
