116 Improper Construction / Maintenance of Establishment
Observation: Grease trap is not sealed appropriately -- cap not present and can plainly see grease. This must be corrected to prevent objectionable odours, overflow or water entering the grease trap. No smell noticed at time of inspection.
Corrective Action: Immediately have this grease trap maintained by a professional so as to ensure it is sealed effectively and protected. This is to be completed by December 1st.
