At the time of inspection it was noted the staff take children on regular outings away from the facility but do not take with them documentation/children's records or any emergency contact information.)

Code CCLR Section 19(1)(a) noted on Routine inspection # LRIE-97YNSY of May-15-2013 Staffing (At the time of inspection, it was apparent that the licensee does not have a criminal record clearance on file for each employee.)
