4. Ensure facility is keep in sanitary condition

Observation: During time of inspection, the following observations were made:
1. Wall where mixer is located has icing accumulation on wall and floor
2. Some garbage accumulation in plastic bags observed in corner of cake decorating facility
3. General cleaning required throughout facility
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure that all accumulation is removed and that wall and floor are maintained in good sanitary condition
2. Ensure all garbage is removed from facility on a frequent basis
3. Ensure that thorough cleaning in done in facility especially around common touch areas such as door handles, counters, etc

- All handwashing stations equipped with liquid soap and paper towels
- Temperature/ time tracking log available for Veggie Patties
All temperatures meet health requirements:
* Display coolers holding variety of cakes at 6C and below (continue to monitor)
* Walk in cooler at 5C
* Display freezer at -7C (monitor)
- Sink plugs available for manual warewashing
- No evidence of pests detected during time of inspection
