Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - BJQQED: Quats dispenser still to be serviced. Staff continues to manually dilute quats that is dispensed to 200ppm. 200ppm quats available for use in sanitize sink. Test strips available for use. Accurate indicating thermometer to be delivered today. Additional staff have registered for FOODSAFE level 1 courses. Call district environmental health officer once the quats dispenser is serviced and is dispensing quats at 200ppm.
