Comments

- General sanitation is satisfactory.
- Main handwashing station in the kitchen equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and paper towels. Replace the battery inside the dispenser.
- Three compartment sink available for manual warewahing. Sanitizer available at 100ppm chlorine bleach concentration.
- Surface sanitizer stored in designated spray bottles at 200ppm QUAT concentration.
- Dry storage area has adequate space and wire racks.
- No signs of pest activity at the time of the inspection. The operator must send the latest three pest control reports to the health inspector for review.
- FOODSAFE trained staff on duty. Verified at the time of the inspection.
- Washrooms appear to be in clean condition. Handwash station fully stocked.
- Operating Permit with a valid decal.

Temperature control:
- All coolers < or = 4C
- All freezers < or = -18C
- Working thermometers inside all refrigeration units.
- Front display cooler is not a warmer. Pizza slices are store at room temperature for max 2 hours. Provide a working timer.
