Observation: 1. Low temeprature dishwasher dispensed 0ppm chlorine sanitizer at the plate level. 2. Sanitizer spray bottles measured at 0 ppm quaternary ammonium sanitizer.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Service / fix the low temperature dishwasher to ensure 50 - 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer is dispensed at the plate level. In the meantime, wash and rinse all plates and utensils in the dishwasher and manually sanitize them at the 3 compartment sink. Correct by: Immediately
2. Discard and refill sanitizer spray bottles with 200 ppm quaternary ammonium from the dispenser. Reclean and sanitize all food contact surfaces. Corrected during inpsection.

- Prep cooler inserts at 4C, bottom section at 3C.
- Walk in / beer cooler at 2C.
- Two chest freezers at -18C.
- Up right freezer at -18.
- Domestic freezer at required temperature.
- Hand washing stations provided with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- Glass washer dispensed 50 ppm chlorine sanitizer.
- Dry products stored off the ground.
- No pest activities observed on site. Professional pest control company contracted.
- Keep monitoring the pest activities on site daily.
