Paper towel dispenser is now installed at bar handsink area- good The rack for meat skewers (eg. chicken tikka) has now been positioned further away from the walk in cooler wall. Chef demonstrated by hanging a skewer of chicken from the newly positioned pole, and the meat was not observed to touch the side of the walk in cooler or any other surface.
