Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - B2HRQ3: Premise thoroughly cleaned. Reminder to focus cleaning efforts around mixing area and underneath shelves/behind equipment. Accurate indicating thermometer purchased and placed inside the 2 door cooler. 2 door cooler at 3-4 degrees C. Time card placed in front area for room temperature display of croissants/twists/rolls with cheese/ham/spinach.
