Deli display case and cold drinks fridge are maintaining foods at 4 degrees C. Walk in cooler has been turned off and not in use at time of inspection. Bleach available for sanitizing dishes. Perogy freezer, back chest freezers and soup freezer are both -18 degrees C. or colder. Ensure foods in soup freezer are properly labelled. Ensure weiners in back freezers are wrapped and not put into chest freezer directly. Soup warmer not in use at time of inspection. Ensure temperatures of all fridges in use are being monitored and recorded daily.
