Observation: Mouse droppings / nesting activity observed in the following locations: left corner adjacent to transformer, right corner under piping adjacent to transformer, front cashier service counter under pop dispenser, storage shelves under cup dispensers, takeout items, shelves with jam packets and front seating area - booster seat storage area.
Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up debris from surfaces.
Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine) after cleaning.
