Observation: Front pizza prep cooler not properly cold holding. Internal temperature at 11 to 12c on perishables. All perishables discarded. Pizza in front pizza warmer discarded
Correction: Contact technician to repair cooler.

**Ensure a separate log sheet is set up for daily monitoring of the pizza prep cooler as discussed. Ensure logs are recorded accurately
Exterior dough container cleaned
Food splatter cleaned off wall surface
Meat slicer has been removed and placed into storage
Shelving cleaned in walk in cooler
Wood shelving currently in the process of being painted.
*Ensure underside of shelving unit above food prep surface is also painted as discussed.
New rubber seals purchased and installed on the stoppers in the 3 compartment sink. All 3 sinks observed holding water.
