Observation: Droppings found along the walls and on shelving at the front and the back of the restaurant. Traps are in place, however there is no pest control company coming on site regularly.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure that a pest control company services this establishment by Friday, October 20th and provide the invoice.

Observation: a) As stated in the last inspection, the couch could harbour pests.

Observation: Cleaning needed to remove miscellaneous items that have fell behind equipment, food debris and droppings.

Observation: Light covers missing from the entire back of the establishment.
Corrective Action(s): Re-install light covers within 2 weeks.

Observation: Many tools were being stored in the back and contributed to clutter in the premises.

Comments

-Ensure that the secondary cook step is being followed. The meat should be cooked, then placed in the hot holding unit.
-Bleach sanitizer solution refilled to 200 ppm. Ensure that only 1 tsp of bleach per liter is used.
All coolers were < 4 C.
Hot holding units were > 60 C.
Hand sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels.
