Violation 209 has been corrected: - the new facet has been installed in the customer's /serving area - resurface the wooden contact surfaces - cutting boards are available - food stored in the food grade container and covered during the storage in the walk in cooler - ceiling lights are covered in the food preparation area - new ice machine is installed and all ice is coming from the approved source - back storage area - is reorganized Thank you for your ATTENTION. - Please follow the cooling procedure as discussed in our previous inspections: food to be cooled down only for 2 hours at the room temperature after that to be covered and stored in the cooler .
