Corrective Action(s): shawarma cooler contents moved to walk-in cooler and salad prep cooler. Operator called technician to repair cooler today
Do not use the sharwarma prep cooler until it is repaired and capable of maintaining contents <4C at all times. Repair the salad prep cooler as well.

=3 compartment sink with sink plugs available for manual dishwashing. Operator able to demonstrate manual warewashing method
=Sanitizer solution measured 100 ppm chlorine in spray bottles
=General sanitation was satisfactory at the time of inspection, however some cleaning required in the back area along the wall where multitap is.
=General food storage practices satisfactory at the time of inspection. Foods properly stored off the floor and covered and raw meats stored below ready-to-eat foods.
