Follow up inspection conducted:
-High temperature dishwasher has been repaired and achieved 77.2 deg C on rinse cycle at the dish level.
-Cleaning and organization improved in the storage room adjacent to kitchen, ensure to continually keep this room organized and remove any unnecessary items
-Upright cooler has been serviced and was at 3.9 deg C
As discussed previously, please ensure to renew FoodSafe certificate BEFORE July 29/2018 (this year).
