- Manager reported 2 door cooler and walk-in freezer were repaired last night by Technician. Invoice/work order outlining repair completed to be emailed to EHO by Owner.
- Temperature of 2 door cooler was 2C. Thermometer present in unit. Cooler may now be used for food storage.
- Ensure temperatures are monitored accurately at interval specified in food safety plan and corrective action is taken if required temperature is not met.

Pending issues:

- Walk-in freezer was -11C; which is colder than the day prior; however, required temperature for storage of frozen food is -18C. Temperature appears to increase quickly when door is opened.
Have walk-in freezer repaired so that it is in good working order and capable of maintaining a temperature of -18C or colder. (Refer to inspection report and Correction Order issued 24-Feb-2022).
Continue to monitor temperature closely to ensure food is being maintained in a frozen state. Minimize opening of door to maintain temperature. A follow up inspection will conducted on 28-Feb to verify freezer is in good working order and at required temperature.

- Walk-in cooler was supplied with a new thermometer; however, thermometer was not reading accurately. Thermometer to be replaced and Manager reported battery on external gauge is being replaced so that it is functional. In the interim, temperature is to be checked with probe thermometer.

- Foodsafe requirement met at time of the inspection as Manager was present. It remains necessary to have adequate staff who have completed Foodsafe level 1 to ensure there is at least one person present at all times (while in operation) who has completed Foodsafe level 1. Manager reported 2 staff have now registered for Foodsafe level 1 for courses scheduled 27-Feb and 05-Mar and one additional staff member will register for a course in March. Confirmation of registration was shown at time of inspection. Provide confirmation (certificate or interim certificate) once complete.
