Inspection in response to ownership change
The following has been submitted:

certificate of incorporation
confirmation of completion of Foodsafe level 1 for Operator (Note: Existing Production Mgr also has Foodsafe level 1)
No changes to layout or operation of food premises
Food safety procedures available via online portal and monitoring/log sheets for temperature, time tracking, and cleaning present in Food safety booklet.
Premises + equipment in sanitary condition
Peviewed manual warewashing procedures and cleaning + sanitizing of food contact surfaces.
Quats sanitizer present from dispenser at warewashing sink and in spray bottles. Concentration measured 200ppm quats. Test strips present to verify.
Coolers were operating at 4 deg.C or colder
2 door reach in cooler 3 deg.C
Single door reach in cooler 2 deg.C
2 door reach-in freezer -15 deg.C
Coolers + freezer were equipped with thermometers
Handwashing sink in food preparation area was supplied with liquid soap + paper towel
Staff washroom was supplied with liquid soap + paper towel * Self closing mechanism should be installed on door.
No signs of pest activity noted. Pest control contract in place with monthly service.
