Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Temperature of the meats in the refrigerated sandwich prep table were 47-52F (8-11C). Temperature did not drop more than 1-2F during the course of the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Items that have been stored on the prep table for more than 2 hours have been discarded. Keep only what can be used up in 2 hrs. Track the time in writing.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Internal temperature of the meatballs were 132F/56C. Must be at least 140F/60C to be safe.
Corrective Action(s): Meatballs have been reheat to 165F/74C and put back on the steam table. Ensure a thermometer is used to verify reheating and hot held temperature.

Observation: Less than 200ppm quats was detected in the sanitizer in the spray bottle and the wall mounted unit in the kitchen. No test strips available.
Corrective Action(s): Service the dispenser unit. Provide with test strips.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Paper towel dispenser in the only washroom is not working (staff washroom has been taken out of service).

Unable to review the temperature record at the inspection. Staff was unable to locate the record sheets.
Ensure temperature and sanitizer level are monitored daily by staff. Staff should have FoodSafe so they can be aware of the correct food safety standards.
