Closure order is issued. - keep all take out containers in sealed bin - Do not leave any food out ( chocolates etc) - discard any foods that were out - Keep all food products in sealed bins Send a copy of report ( pest control assessment report ), a copy of pest control contract, some picture re: cleaning, and protection of food to the area insepctor to request for opening inspection.
