Observation: Small amount of rodent droppings observed underneath front service counters of the lounge, particularly on the left side.
Corrective Action(s): Remove the rodent droppings by saturating them with a 1:10 dilution of unscented household bleach with paper towels, maintain contact time of approximately 15-20 minutes, then move them to a double-bagged garbage container.

Contact professional pest control company to continue monitoring for pest activity.

308 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces are not in good working order [s. 16(b)]
Observation: Glasswasher was not functioning at time of inspection - components including feeders and chlorine bottle need to be replaced.
Corrective Action(s): Service the glasswasher so that it maintains a glasswasher chlorine residual of at least 50 ppm. Only single-use disposable cups may be used until glasswasher is serviced.

Comments

Facility not open to public at time of inspection, and has been closed since May. Facility will re-open once fountain taps have been re-installed.

Routine inspection conducted. Facility was in satisfactory sanitary condition. The following observations were made:

1. Temperatures
- Mini walk-in beer cooler at back-of-house, keg cooler maintained at 4C
- Front beverage coolers for water and beer at approximately 10C at time of inspection - ensure that no potentially hazardous foods (e.g. meat-based, dairy-based products) are stored inside these coolers

2. Hygiene and Sanitizing
- No utensils present - only drinks are dispensed from the beer tap
- No fountain guns or ice baths set-up at time of inspection
- Glasses were in good sanitary condition
- Handwash station adequately stocked with hot/cold running water, liquid soap, single-use paper towels

3. Storage
- No food items present on premise - only bottled beverages. Bottled beverages all stored at least 6" off floor
- Washrooms maintained in sanitary condition

4. Pest Control
- Professional pest control company maintains monthly audits
- Last inspection conducted June 8, 2018 showed no signs of pest activity. Rodenticide bait stations located outdoors

5. Administrative
- Permit posted and up-to-date
