Single service soap and towel dispensers above hand wash sink is operable and full. Approved sanitizer available at appropriate concentration and testing material available to check sanitizer concentration. Potentially hazardous foods are stored below 4 deg C and above 60 deg C. Frozen food items are stored in freezer maintaining -18 deg C. Temperature monitoring done and recorded on a log that is maintained at all times. Food and food related items are found stored in a manner that prevents contamination. Equipment, containers and utensil are clean and well maintained. Premises was free from insect and rodent infestations at time of inspection. Staff on duty has Food Safe 1 training. Rest rooms were in sanitary condition. General sanitation of premises was satisfactory at time of inspection.
