Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Quats sanitizer concentration in sanitize sink approximately 50ppm.
Corrective Action(s): Instructed staff to rewash all dishes, utensils, and equipment. Ensure all dishes, utensils, and equipments is washed, rinsed, sanitized in 200ppm quats then air dryed. Verify quats sanitizer concentration using the available test strips.
