Routine inspection conducted:
Standing note: Renovations are still not complete; operator is putting in a sandwich station in the front area (with an additional hand sink). Once complete, operator will need to submit an updated menu and food safety plan. Renovations must occurs outside of regular operating hours; ensure to sanitize all food contact surfaces before restaurant operation in case of potential contamination during the renovations. Ensure to continually remove any boxes/items not needed for restaurant operation.
