Improved sanitation noted in and around track shelving, although tracks continue to suffersome accumulations of debris. Also noted improvement to points around some equipment legs and wheels, although there remains some areas where either greases (deep fry station and surrounding) or sludgy water (around the dish pit and surrounding). **NOTE: Continue to emphasize to staff the importance of a complete and thorough cleaning.
