At today's follow-up inspection, there were 7 children and 2 staff present. Previous correspondence from the Licensee indicated that all contraventions from the previous routine have addressed. During the inspection, Licensing observed the following:
10050-This has not yet been fully addressed as information is missing for the Manager change. Licensing emailed the Licensee on March 27, 2024 regarding the missing information and awaits a response.
11010-The large black plastic tube in the side pathway that leads to the facility's main outdoor gate is still present. The following items remain present under the deck: rusting garden shovel and rusty in-ground sprinkler. Please store all garden equipment under the deck in an area that is inaccessible to children.
11200-Has been addressed; all items have been removed and stored elsewhere that is inaccessible to children.
10010-Has been addressed; as per staff, the on-site outdoor area is being used; the nearby playground is no longer being used on a daily basis.
12090-Has been addressed.
12140-Has been addressed.
12180-Has been addressed.
13020-Has been addressed.
17120-Has been addressed.
19080-Has been addressed.
