Spoke to technician at the time of inspection and technician stated he was informed one month ago the door seals needed to be replaced. Technician stated order was placed one week ago. Corrective Action(s): Door seals must be repaired and all equipment must be maintained in good condition. Violation Score: 3

-Follow-up inspection to July 24, 2018. -Walk-in freezer has been serviced and freezer unit was at -12C. Unit is no longer leaking water from the condenser pipe. -Door seals are still outstanding. -Operator has completed FoodSafe Level 1 refresher and FoodSafe Level 1 is valid until July 2023. -Please contact the inspector if you have any questions or concerns.
