- Hand wash station had soap, paper towel, hot and cold running water - Coolers less than 4C (undercounter, open display..etc) - Quat sanitizer at source and in sanitizing compartment of sink 200ppm. - Ice machine appeared clean with scoop stored outside in separate container. - Good general sanitation. No obvious signs of pest infestation. - Staff on duty were had foodsafe training.
