Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): One labelled spray bottle was available for use and the bottle had 100ppm Quats measured. Bottle was refilled with 200ppm Quats at this time.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure to have 200ppm Quats available for use at all times. Refill the bottle on a regular basis.

Routine inspection conducted:

-Handwash stations adequately supplied with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water.
-Coolers operating below/at required temperature of 4'C; Freezer operating at required temperature of -18'C.
-Hot-holding units operating above 60'C.
-Temperature records kept up to date. No issues observed from recent records.
-200ppm Quats available from the automated dispenser.
-General food storage practice satisfactory.
-No evidence of pest activity observed.

Facility maintained in a sanitary condition. Inspection report to be emailed to the owner.
