Routine inspection conducted and the following were noted at the time of inspection: Walk-in cooler at 4C and equipped with thermometer. Sandwich display case at 4C and equipped with thermometer. General sanitation satisfactory and no pest activity noted. High temperature dishwasher achieved a final rinse temperature of 71C at plate level, Quats dispenser at 200ppm. Hand washing station satisfactory. Ice machine currently not in use and ice is obtained from kiosk. All food items stored at least 6 inches off the ground and properly covered. Sandwich products on display were within the "consumed by date." Ensure to audit food products regularly.
