Routine check:
- 2 coolers are both at 4 C - monitor temperatures daily. (4 C or colder required).
- Handsink in kitchen has liquid soap & paper towels.
- Dishwasher has a hot water sanitizing rinse.
- Bleach - chlorine sanitizer is available and used on the meat slicer to sanitize.
- Reviewed cooling methods for soups and sauces: a cold water bath is used.
- Note: cooler that is not working is empty - good.
