Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): QUATS sanitizer spray bottles noted at <50 ppm QUATS

Corrective Action(s): Ensure all sanitizer solution is maintained at 200 ppm QUATS.
1. Do not use central QUATS dispenser (short hose) - appears to be dispensing <50 ppm QUATS
2. Use RIGHT dispenser labelled QUATS (with long hose) which is dispensing 200 ppm QUATS (Photos taken)
3. Refill all QUATS spray bottles with 200 ppm QUATS sanitizer solution

Observation: 1. Open bags of dry goods on lower shelf and on piles of closed bags of goods
2. Scoopers / scooper handles in some bulk bins are berried in food in bulk food bin. Some scoopers have dried food on scooper/handle.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure all OPEN bags of food are CLOSED - ideally placed in pest proof containers once open
2. All scooper handles must be out of the food - do no allow scoopers to be berried under food
**Also do no leave dirty / wet scoopers in food

*Screen door in place at back door - excellent screen
*Back exterior door noted with small gap under it - recommend adjusting door sweep
General sanitation satisfactory
***Handles of all coolers noted with food debris - operator stated all surfaces will be cleaned by end of day
***Recommend regular wiping of heavy use surfaces during shift to avoid build up
