-All perishable foods that has been in the walk in cooler during the pervious inspection has be removed from the premise (Cheeses and dough). Cheese will not be used for public consumption. Dough is discarded.
-Walk in cooler ambient temperature now measured at 2-3C.
-All food in walk in cooler observed to be covered. Please always have food covered to prevent potential contamination
-Please refer to the previous inspection report for cleaning
