Hazards 206 and 401 have been corrected. Follow up inspection. A new hot holding unit is on order. Current patties are discarded after 45 mins. Temperature of 137 - 140F was recorded. Handwashing sink is now operational. Temperature checks are being recorded. Cleaning under equipment has improved.
