Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Display cooler measured 6 to 7C at the time of inspection.

- Move all potentially hazardous foods to working coolers
- You may leave one of each type of food in the cooler as a display, discard that at the end of the day and do not serve to customers OR you may only offer up these foods for sale for 4 hours before discarding.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Dispenser in mop closet area did not dispense any quat solution. Staff attempted to fix it and still no quat detected.
Corrective Action(s):
- In the mean time, use a 100ppm (5mL of unscented household bleach in 2.5L of water). Staff made solution at time of inspection.
- Call maintenance to repair dispenser
