Observation: Cluster of ants observed behind the water heater against the corne rof the wall. There was no evidence of food contaminated by ants.
Corrective Action(s): Mop floors with warm water and soap to remove the chemical trail left by the ants. Contact pest control services as soon as possible and follow their recommendations to fix the pest issue. Date to be corrected by: Immediately

-High temperature dishwasher in use. Temperatures reached 73.0C at the plate level during the final rinse.
-Quat sanitizer available in buckets with wiping cloths (200 ppm)
-Three compartment sink available for manual dishwashing
-Ice machine is clean. Ice scoop stored in dedicated area separate from ice.
-Orkin provides pest control services monthly
