Items corrected: - coved baseboard has been installed under electrical unit - cupboard bottom has been added to compartment where "Fetco" unit is stored. "Fetco" unit is on top of shelf. - plexiglass front has been installed as barrier to protect against contamination NOTE: Unit is not 6" above ground as required. Unit is too large to allow for 6" under platform. If FHA observes issues with this unit in future relocation of the "Fetco" unit may be required. HEALTH APPROVAL GRANTED.
