All potentially hazardous buns stored in warmer (70-76 C) prior to room temperature display following a monitored 2 hour system. All wiping rags in use stored in dilute bleach sanitizer, 100 ppm chlorine. All used paper baking sheet liners have been discarded. Ensure paper liners are only used once, then discarded.
