A routine inspection was conducted, the following observations were made:
- Coolers below 4C; freezers -18C or colder; thermometers present; and temperatures recorded daily.
- All foods stored 6" off the floor on shelves, racks, or pallets.
- Foods stored or displayed in groups, with non-foods (pet food, cleaners, toiletries, etc.) stored separately from food items.
- General sanitation level has improved and is good. Floors under sinks, shelves, and display units are absent of debris; and retail shelves have minimal to no food spills or dust.
- The back veggie and fruit processing are is clean and organized. Floor was adequate, but plan to refinish and reseal the floor in the area to make it easier to clean.
- No signs of pests.
- Quats sanitizer in spray bottles was 200ppm.
- No expired foods for sale. FIFO rules being followed.
- All in order. |
