Code 401 noted on Follow-Up inspection # AHEN-AEESK8 of Oct-04-2016
Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] (Liquid soap was not available from the dispenser at the bar handsink. )
Comments

Follow up inspection for the bar:

-Liquid soap (in a disposable bottle), hot and cold running water, and paper towels were available at the handsink in the bar. It was mentioned that they would repair the liquid soap dispenser later on.
-The top of the ice machine was sanitized by a staff member in the kitchen at the time of inspection.

The following is to be done:
Designate a position/person to drain the ice from the ice machines, wash them, and then sanitize them at least two times per month. This will help prevent mould/debris from accumulating and protect ice which is a ready to eat food.
