Prep cooler has been repaired. Ambient air temperature measured 2 degrees C - good FOH handsink stocked with liquid soap and paper towels - good Excess chairs removed from dining area and put in storage. total chair count in the FOH: 10 Closure order rescinded. Ensure that cooler unit temperatures are taken daily to ensure that they are keeping contents <4C at all times.
