Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): There was no soap in the dispenser at the front handwashing station at the time of the inspection.
Corrective Action(s): The staff refilled the dispenser with soap. All staff rewashed their hands. Note that glove use does NOT replace handwashing. All handwashing stations must be supplied with hot/cold running water, soap, and paper towels at ALL times.
