Initial Inspection:

Premises is built according to plans with the following exceptions: 2 door freezer is now next to the side out door and the ice machine and sink have switched spots. Changes are approved.
All paperwork has been submitted.
A cheque made payable to Fraser Health for $50.00 was received. The yearly permit fee is $150.00 yearly.
All surfaces were made of a smooth + easy to clean material .
Sinks supplied with hot and cold water, soap and paper towels .
All coolers were < 4 Degrees Celsius .
All freezers were < -18 Degrees Celsius.
Dishwasher final rinse cycle reached 77 Degrees Celsius at the plate . Ensure that this is checked daily .
Discussed with operators how the equipment will be cleaned .
