Stand-up coolers, under-counter cooler located at the hot dog line, condiment cooler, display cooler, and walk-in cooler measured at 4C or lower Stand-up freezers measured at -18C or lower. Freezer for ice storage measured at -18C. Hot-holding units measured between 72C-76C. Temperature logs observed to be not maintained as of September 8, 2022.
Prepackaged sandwiches and wraps observed to be within best before date (September 15 to 16, 2022.)
Ice-cream dispenser measured at 4C internally. Milk dispenser measured at 4C.
