-All foods must have proper cover in coolers and freezers

-Bleach solution for wiping rags >100 ppm

*** Remove all cardboard that are used to line shelving.
***Discussed lack of proper sink in the facility, there are only a two compartment sink beside dishwasher, no hand washing sink no food prep sink- food preparation is done both side of the dishwasher operator to submit a plan to rectify this with time line.
*** Lack of proper storage noted in kitchen and dry storage area- organize discard stuff that are not used in daily operation
